Which cookies I use and why

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Serbian version prevails.

This cookie policy explains how Miloš Stevanović PR Računarsko programiranje Ludus Digital Beograd (hereinafter "Ludus Vibe" or "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website ludusvibe.com.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They let us recognize your device on your next visit and improve your experience. We use similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) for the same purposes, and the same rules apply to them.

Legal basis

The use of cookies is regulated in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL, Official Gazette of RS No. 87/2018) and the Law on Electronic Communications (ZZLEK, Art. 128) of the Republic of Serbia.

When cookies are turned on

  • Visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — on your first visit you see a cookie banner. Analytics and marketing cookies are turned on only after you accept them.
  • Visitors from other countries, including Serbia — analytics and marketing cookies are on by default, without a banner. You can turn them off in your browser settings (see "Managing cookies").

Necessary cookies work in every case, because the site can't work without them.

Categories of cookies we use

1. Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site to work and can't be switched off in our systems. They are usually set only in response to actions you take that amount to a request for a service, such as setting your privacy preferences, signing in or filling in forms. They include:

  • Sign-in sessions (user authentication)
  • Protecting forms from abuse (CSRF protection)
  • Checking that you're not a robot (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you sign in, sign up or subscribe to the newsletter
  • Remembering your theme choice (light/dark)
  • Remembering your selected language (the lang cookie, 1 year)
  • Storing your cookie consent choice

You can set your browser to block these cookies, but some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

2. Referral tracking cookies

When you arrive through a partner (affiliate) link or a link from one of our campaigns (such as the newsletter), we remember the source of your visit so we can pay the partner their commission and see which campaigns work:

  • lv_ref — the code of the partner who referred you (30 days)
  • lv_utm — the source and campaign of your visit (30 days)

3. Analytics cookies

These cookies let us count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve how our site performs. They help us see which pages are most popular and how visitors move around the site. Some of these tools record sessions (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling); the content of form fields is masked. We use:

  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — performance measurement and traffic analysis
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings
  • PostHog — website and platform usage analytics and session recordings (EU servers)
  • DataFast — visit and traffic source analytics

If you are in a region where consent is required and you haven't given it or have declined, PostHog still counts visits, but without cookies and without session recordings: a visitor is recognized only by an anonymous hash that changes daily and is not stored on your device.

4. Marketing cookies

These cookies may be set through our website by our advertising partners. Those partners may use them to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites. We use:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — conversion tracking and showing relevant ads

Third-party cookies

Our website may contain cookies set by the following third parties:

  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Microsoft (Clarity)
  • PostHog
  • DataFast
  • Meta (Pixel)
  • Cloudflare (site protection and Turnstile checks)
  • Vimeo (video playback)
  • Polar (checkout page)

Data collected through third-party cookies may be transferred and processed outside the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the rules on international data transfers (Articles 65–69 ZZPL).

Managing cookies

You can manage cookies in the following ways:

  • Cookie banner — if you are in a region where consent is required, you can choose which categories of cookies to accept on your first visit
  • Browser settings — most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. See your browser's help for details:
